All participants must create an Account and register via the Online Registration Form. Please read the instructions below carefully. Please consider using a personal email address if your work email is connected to a medical institute with high security and privacy settings as the email may be transferred to junk folders.
Each participant will receive an email with the registration number attached to it after submitting the Online Registration Form. Please check your spam folder if it is not in your mailbox.
The preferred method of payment is online card payment. As for payment completed by bank transfer, please proceed with the payment transfer only after you have received your registration number. Payment by bank transfer must include the registration number and participant’s name in the payment details.
For international delegates, the online portal only supports credit cards that are authenticated by 3D Secure for overseas transfer payments. If the attempted credit card payment is unsuccessful, please contact our team to assist you with the registration process. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
