Taman Hutan Raya
Make sure you begin at one of the first two gates, which are both accessible through Ir. H. Juanda Street, since there are four gates through which you can enter this woodland park (it used to be called Dago Street).
The Japanese cave is 500 meters from gate one, whereas the Dutch cave is 700 meters away, according to the Tahura Juanda map (found on the back of your ticket).
Mount Tangkuban Perahu
The most well-known volcano in Sunda is Mount Tangkuban Perahu or Tangkuban Parahu in Sundanese. Amounting to between 1,150 and 2,684 meters above sea level, Mount Tangkuban Perahu. In the last 4000 years, it has erupted more than 30 times, making it an active volcano. Midway through 2019, there were no more eruptions. These eruptions leveled the mountain’s pinnacle and left 12 craters all around it, giving the mountain’s summit the appearance of an overturned boat from a distance
Asian African Conference Museum
In a structure known as Gedung Merdeka in Bandung, the first Asian-Afican Conference was held (Freedom Hall). Since then, the occasion is frequently refered to as the Bandung Conference. Subsequently, on Apil 24, 1980, on the 25th anniversary of the Bandung Conference, Gedung Merdeka becomes the Asian African Museum.
Swim at Cibuni Rengganis Crater
Cibuni Rengganis is another crater that boasts unreal-looking naturally made hot springs, a few waterfalls you can hike to, and a mud pool. You can easily spend a few hours relaxing, all while being surrounded by the most insane jungle views.
Patenggang Lake
Prices here are on the higher end, but they do also have a few local eateries as well as a weekend market below if you prefer to just wander around the restaurant and then set up a picnic on the shores of Patenggang Lake. Aside from lunch, they also have a lot of interesting experiences on offer, such as boat rentals and offroad adventures through the area.
Ranca Upas
If you love wildlife, you must visit Ranca Upas when you travel to Bandung! Set in the natural wonderland that is the Ciwidey area, Ranca Upas is famous among locals for the wild deer that roam about.
